I-Magic offers a quality guarantee period of SIX months from the date of purchase (‘Warranty Period’).
Cartomizers, atomizers, tanks, drip tips and e-liquid are not covered under warranty. Within Warranty Period,
I-Magic provides Free-of-Charge repair or replacement of defective products which have been verified by I-MAGIC.
Upon receipt of product, please check it and keep your proof of purchase. If you find any quality problem with the product, please click the following link for online RMA application and our specialist will check and reply to you ASAP.
